Sharing Sahaj Connections and Butterflies Fascination
After receiving the photos and the feedback from the Wellness Show with the beautiful connections shared by my dear friend from Burlington, all I wanted was to gift her with a “Butterfly present”. She is always so thoughtful and her friends from the Halton sahaja yoga classes know very well her connection with Butterflies. So this poem composed by a realized soul William Wordsworth – much appreciated by the founder of Sahaja Yoga Meditation – hopefully that poem says everything, starting from its title: ” To A Butterfly” till its end with the Breeze that brings the Joy and calls Forth. I’ve found it so so Sahaj!! To make it a complete gift, we match it with a photo made by another dear friend, Louise from Burlington, that loves Butterflies too. Now, make sure that you all enjoy the sweet story with sahaj connections.
I’ve watched you now a full half-hour;
Self-poised upon that yellow flower
And, little Butterfly! Indeed
I know not if you sleep or feed.
How motionless! – not frozen seas
More motionless! and then
What Joy awaits you, when the Breeze
Hath found you out among the trees,
And calls you forth again!
~William Wordsworth, “To a Butterfly”
Photos and Feedback from a Burlington Sahaja Yoga Meditation practitioner
Everyone who participated and received a workshop were very interested in learning more about Sahaja Yoga. They took the time to ask questions and we did our best to provide explanations. Most of the participants were elderly and a couple were there last year as well.
This one particular younger lady (in the photo I sent) was very eager. She enjoyed it so much that once the workshop was over, I tried talking to her (eyes were closed). She was not responding and Adrian was looking on. I tried talking to her again, no response. It was only when he took the photo, the flash caused her eyes to open. When I told her what had happened, she could not believe it. Her name was Denise and it was amazing that she has a great fascination with butterflies too – she was wearing a butterfly necklace. The other Sahaj thing – I have a sister whose name is Denise and she has a sister whose name is Debbie. She said she felt so peaceful and calm and I felt her swadisthana chakra needed a little work. I told her about this and she then explained that she is a musician and learning to play the guitar and always trying to improve herself. We handed out flyers and encouraged those who participated to try our class. Everyone left our booth with a smile.

So nice to know that older people are coming to Sahaja Yoga.
The young lady is deep in meditation. It is a beautiful sight. Also so encouraging when someone is so eager to learn.
Wordsworth’s poem is lovely.
Dear Ioana – I thank you very much for the beautiful gift. How very sweet and thoughtful. It means a lot. Beautiful flowers/butterfly – ironically, purple is also my favourite color – very Sahaj.
It was a wonderful experience to work with the participants at the Wellness Show.
Lots of love always.
Yes it was so lovely giving self-realization with the beautiful butterflys giving their energy to everyone who got realization that day
Love Ann
