But the joy lies in seeing the deeper side of what they have done for us, how they have worked for us, how they have brought things for us, how they have cooked for us with Love.”

Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi (1986/01/06)

I have cooked for at least a hundred and forty people.

I was always very fond of  cooking. So see, when you are fond of cooking, you do all kinds of experiments also; whatever is there in the house, you must know how to cook. That is how you experiment and you get good results.

“But you must actually have the full judgement about the taste of a particular thing. You must know what is needed in this and that. I think the finest cakes – they must be done by some individuals only. They must be having those secrets with them.

Whenever I have a chance to cook, you must allow me to. I am very happy to cook. I actually love to cook. Really, I love it and enjoy it very much. And I have no tension, nothing. I just do it with great pleasure.”

“You must have seen that I have great pleasure. There is no tension at all.”

Love and vibrations can definitely be transmitted into Deliciously prepared food. At Mama Carmela’s and at The Orchard Hub for 100 Seeds of Joy Meditation sessions combined with Cooking with Love/Vibrations classes, I am so charmed and fascinated on how even preparing food together can get our creative juices flowing once we meditate together to allow inspiration to pour in. Then once we have that yoga meditation connection we become unlimited in our creativity and our capacity to enjoy and ❤️ love daily simplicity and each other. It’s a better place with All of us in it. Thank you Mama Carmela for showing us all your tips and tricks to cooking and preparing heartfelt meals. Your lakshmi basket is so full of love and generosity! Love you!

Mama Karmela is my second mom. I have come to her house and on the table was a sweet note to enjoy the cookies and tea she made for me. It was such a warm and inviting atmosphere like I am coming to my mom’s. I took a picture and send it to my mom. My mom was so grateful for she knows Mama Karmela and that as long as Karmela is here she doesn’t have to worry about me.

Mama Karmela is a super mama! Her food is so tasty not just because she’s a great cook but because it is always charged with love. I can think of her like a big tree, always giving of shade food and comfort without expecting anything in return. She extends her generosity to my family gifting us yummy cookies. She is also full of wisdom, everybody always like to be around her. Being a Sahaja yogi brings out all the best qualities in her, we love you mama. Thank you for sharing your love with us.
