Enjoy a Beautiful Appreciation Letter well suited to be shared during the Thanksgiving Weekend
The Beautiful Canadian Fall is Here! Our Canadian Thanksgiving arrived as well!
We are sharing a beautiful Appreciation Letter received earlier this year from a Burlington based community partner that is greatly appreciated. On behalf of our Cultivators of Joy, we want to take a moment and Give Thanks for Receiving Thanks so graciously from others that are giving & helping out those in need.
There are many people among us that are alone or feel alone.
It is important when we come Together and help each other to help the community.
Appreciation Letter received by the SYMN (Sahaja Yoga Meditation Network) Cultivators of Joy from “PACT for Halton” (Joseph Brant Hospital) team, for a collaborative program offered in the Summer of 2026.
We also joined many other community partners in our Walk to the Lighthouse successful event during which the Heroes of the Galaxy tried & enjoyed our free Meditation workshops!
(true or false?!) The Galaxy’s Superheroes tried Sahaja Yoga Meditation, Therefore World Peace is On its Way!
Make sure that you will click on the links provided in this article (ideally, after you finish what you’ve started!), as you might discover new universes worth exploring. Most sincerely, I took these photos in the Spencer Smith Park because these flowers fascinated me with their sense of collectivity, beauty and poise. They formed worlds!
Thanksgiving is such a wonderful time to ponder What is Meaningful in our Life and the moments when we Received Goodness and were Uplifted.
We celebrated Thanksgiving in several ways this year, with friends and family.
Personally, I was so grateful to be invited with my family two days in a row, to celebrate significant milestones in the lives of those that: 20 years ago (in one case) and 10 years ago (in another case) joined the Free SYMN wellness programs, found them to be helpful at that time and continued benefitting from them all these years.
Meanwhile, they also built their new families and homes, but also made room in their hearts for the “Halton Sahaja Yoga family” and felt compelled to bring them along for their own milestones’ celebrations.
Shri Mataji – the founder of Sahaja Yoga Meditation – wisely said:
“Ascent is when you really rise above; not only that you rise but you make others rise.”
The roses came from our front yard and on Thanksgiving’s Saturday I felt to offer them next to the photograph of Shri Mataji – as She loved Mother Earth and all humanity.
We are so blessed in Canada to form a human family of an enormous variety.
The Canadian autumn is also creating a tapestry from so many colors!
I feel inspired to share with you a quote that I find to be essential to be cultivated in our hearts and minds, plus I hope it represents the truth of what’s Best in Canada and in Canadians:
“In that variety there should be this Beauty: there should be the beautiful trend of Being One with each other.” – Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi
Hopefully you’ve enjoyed the photos and the Appreciation Letter, and you meditated upon the quotes of wisdom shared earlier. There are only a few steps left, let’s take them Together!
We want to Give Thanks to You – our blog’s Readers that re-live our experiences, feel our hearts and share our minds and theirs through comments and good thoughts sent back to us through the Ether.
Before we say Good Bye, let’s remind ourselves to notice if anyone is alone or seems to feel alone or lost. Reach out with kindness and respect and patience – when is possible.
I chose the photos of this bird that we spotted near Burlington’s Lakeshore a few weeks ago – she did not look familiar and was completely alone; seemed exhausted and lost. We did not know how to help or if it needed help.
In complete contrast the geese community that were stationed around, were loud, well organized, and enjoyed each other’s (numerous!) company. They did not seem to care about the Stranger.

Our blessings are meant to be shared, not only with “our lot” or ” my precious”, but maybe we can all become a Lighthouse or gently point a Lighthouse to those that seem to be lost, alone or suffering in silence.
Join our free classes and events (check the Calendar!), they are online and in-person, they are often and all around the Halton area and beyond. We can come to you, if you have a proposal, just contact us.
We have also two articles for you to explore, more on the “fall theme”. Ah, you should go and check on the Heroes of the Galaxy as well, it’s good to have powerful friends in this world!

(2) Learn from Leaves and Trees about the New Type of Humanity – An Introspective Exercise by Running in the Way of the Roots
Thank you again, we hope you found some “golden nuggets” of wisdom or leaves along you path to here :-). Please drop a comment if you wish, share what was the highlight of your Thanksgiving weekend and how this article made you feel.
