A Week of Guru Purnima Experiences

Join a Week of Guru Purnima Experiences here in Burlington and Oakville

Guru Purnima Festival this year was celebrated on July 3rd, 2023, sharing the weekend with Canada Day celebrations.

Therefore, in the previous week our focus at the Halton Sahaja Yoga Meditation classes was on Canada, and the ideals that lead to unity, peace and integration. You can check the photos and feedback in the following article:

This week’s classes will have the “Guru Purnima” theme, by honoring our spiritual teacher (guru), Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi.

Note: All sessions will offer guided meditation and knowledge about the subtle energy centers. Classes are Free and Open to all! Each class is unique and will be conducted as per the vision of its own team of instructors. No previous experience with meditation or yoga system is required from those that join these sessions..

The intention is for everyone to experience an evening of meditation and spirituality directly from a spiritual teacher.

Also, as per Shri Mataji’s teachings, the goal is to become our own guru and attain the necessary qualities for ourselves.

Thus, the world has a real chance to become a better place. 🙂
