Did You Know that Students LOVE to Meditate in March?! Even more, They think Everyone Should Try it! At least with SYMN’s “100 Seeds of Joy” Yoga & Meditation Workshops!

You might Wonder: What Exactly these Students had to Say about their Experience with 100 Seeds of Joy Meditation and Yoga Workshop?

We gathered below for you the transcript of what we collected directly from the feedback notes we received from the Halton students that participated in the two “meditation and yoga” workshops offered to their school earlier in March 2026 by our team of three instructors from Sahaja Yoga Meditation Network of Halton volunteers.

See for yourself the positive effect of our 100 Seeds of Joy community initiative that is reaching out to busy young people that live quite a stressful life. We thank to the school team that reached out to us requesting a much needed support, in the form of offering these wellness sessions that introduced their students to the experience of a guided sahaja yoga meditation and learning about yoga while also following some simple yoga exercises that proven to bring relaxation, fun and ultimately the much needed inner peace and destress (both mentally and emotionally).

I had a lot of distractions on my mind. I couldn’t focus on one thing and I felt very overwhelmed and worried. When I started to focus on myself and let those thoughts go, I felt much more at peace and calm within. That I didn’t have to worry as much, everything in my body felt much lighter. I was carrying less stress.

I felt distracted. I am now focused and grounded. I also feel present and in the moment.

Very calming experience. Allowed me to focus on myself rather than the world around me. I feel more inner balance.

It’s make me calm and happy. I love it.

It made me feel connected with my soul and body. I could sense the tinglings in my hands and feet and it made me feel in control with myself. :)”

 “At the start I felt like I was being pulled and demanded in multiple different directions. Towards the end I felt my energy turn to being more internal than external and felt calm inside. Right now my mind feels calm, happy and at ease. It was hard to keep my attention but i persevered to find my inner and at peace feeling and sense of calm and  that soared me through the sky. I feel free and my body feels free. yupeeeeee.”

I felt relaxed, very very relaxed and calm moment all my stress was gone.

    Thanks Ioana for sharing this loving article,The genuine feedback itself describing how they felt after doing this Sahajyoga meditation, I really love the pic of students raw feedback which is written with different colors is really explaining that they really love this march meditation which established inner peace in them looks like the colors of the crown chakra.
