We take you to Milton’s Spring Bazaar on May’s Last Day to Meet our Cultivators of Joy!

100 Seeds of Joy Team of Volunteers is a “Say YES” one!
This is the truth! We were contacted a few days earlier to partner again for Milton’s Spring Bazar event that was offered this year on the last day of May 2025, and we couldn’t say ‘No’, even though half of our team was in vacation and the others were prepared to relax during the only weekend this month when we hadn’t any 100 Seeds of Joy events scheduled. 🙂
But Duty called! Why not deliver some Inner Peace and Cultivate some Seeds of Joy on the last Day of May – the Month of Mental Health Awareness?!
It seemed that the Universe was demanding Sweet Vibes and Seeds of Joy for the Milton Community!

Enjoy the following Quote of Wisdom from Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi – the founder of Sahaja Yoga Meditation -, explaining the Self-Realization, the core of our wellness workshops:
“When the gate of the Self opens, nothing else is required…
Complete Self-Realization is that stage attaining which nothing else is required.
Thereafter, only enjoying the bliss and the satisfaction of fulfillment.”
(Excerpt from a letter Shri Mataji sent in 1978 to a sahaja yogi student)
We observed exactly this, that after our “100 Seeds of Joy” meditation workshops, even in the atmosphere of a mall, where most people were sellers or buyers, that inner peace, that inner joy, was experienced within and it was even reflected on people’s faces.
That is what makes our volunteers’ hearts beat. 🙂
People Stopped to Ask Questions OR to try our Inner Peace Meditation and Energy Workshops
It was a lovely mobilization from our Halton Sahaja Yoga Meditation Network of Volunteers!
Why?! Because we care for the Heart of the Community

Therefore we went to Milton to spread some positivity the best way we know and can!

Some volunteers brought their family members who also tried and benefitted from our workshops
Thank you to Hind and her team from the Mosaic foundation for choosing us as their community partner and inviting us to contribute with our mental health awareness activities during their annual Spring event. We are looking forward to our next collaborations!
It is a Lovely Feeling to feel the Connection and be able to Share it with Everyone around!

We hope you enjoyed this article and the photos we took of people, nature and buildings too 🙂
There is beauty all around us and we know that our “Seeds of Joy” workshops are indeed transformative. In June we will offer more workshops outdoors as well we might end up answering the invitations to offer meditation events in some of Toronto’s skyscrapers. They are in high-demand!

I practice Sahaja Yoga regularly so when I got to the place and sat down, I felt the vibrations and the blissful state of yoga, the best practice for achieving mental health balance. Grateful for this, as well as the opportunity to share it with others.
