Surprise! The three photos shared above are from our Easter Weekend spent in Nova Scotia!
Indeed, like all Canadians we have family and friends across our stunningly beautiful country. While we were busy preparing and offering wonderful multi-cultural events in which mental health support such as meditation, exercises and creative workshops that led to one’s self-realization here in Halton and GTA, we also had the pleasure to reunite in Nova Scotia during the Easter Weekend with family and friends from around the world.
We had the opportunity to admire the decorative creativity and talents of local and international young artists too!
We hope you become thoughtless only by watching these images, they were all captured in a meditative state and basically through the eyes of one’s heart, being enamoured by that moment’s divine poetry of peace, bliss and beauty experienced as Innocence. Our family had the privilege to be invited at an Easter event celebrated collectively in a village from NS.
Another moving experience was listening to children singing Easter hymns in various languages, one can feel the dynamism and the spring-like joy of their youthfulness.

Let’s get you back to the Easter celebrated with Meditation and Eastern European traditions here in the Halton region of Canada
We have the proof (watch the image above) that only a small fence and a pond are separating the Halton area from Toronto 🙂
Possibly that’s the reason why we always have visitors joining our free meditation classes and events offered in Burlington or Oakville, coming from further away, even from Toronto and beyond. They are always welcomed with open hands! Literally!
We also learned about the Subtle Significance of the Romanian and Ukrainian Egg Knocking tradition
You may see the Whiteness of the tip of the Egg in the image above next to a blossomed and fragrant Magnolia flower. Here they represent the Crown energy center or the Sahasrara chakra; the white that integrates all colours and more.
We will provide you with videos and articles that can give you some of the essential wisdom about Easter’s significance.
Gratiela – who is Romanian – brought a beautiful basket of colored and decorated Easter eggs. We had so much fun and used them all! In fact, we were saying traditional Romanian Easter wishes to each other, then also our Ukrainian friends were teaching their traditional ones, to the international gathering of adults, rediscovering their inner child, curious and joyful.
Of course, some shy away from being in the photos while everyone wants to take photos of what’s happening here. 🙂
We also had events that covered the other significant days in April, so we paid tribute to the International Earth day while still celebrating Easter too. Lots of joy and inner peace was cultivated in the community by our 100 Seeds of Joy volunteers!

This year we were able to offer several public events and special sahaja yoga meditation that had Easter as theme, yet, each event was fresh and unique. The greatest achievement was to see how people that never meditated before or that came from various backgrounds, some even completely unfamiliar to celebrating Easter, how they embraced it all: the guided meditation, the presentations and yes, the collectivity!

Greetings from England this beautiful wknd. All the photos tell such a story of true, eternal, natural beauty of nature and enlightened beings. Loved the songs, the roses, the magnolias and buds, the sunsets and skies, the videos, the people. There is something happening here that celebrates multiple cultures and unites us on that higher plane where we can see with that vast perspective…it starts with self realization, a simple class, followed by another, that grows and expands our true being, a lightness full of higher love. joyful group…cheerleading each other and influencing communities to reach new heights in awareness. This blog is glorious. It all helps us to know our higher selves through thoughtless awareness. Showing up opens the door . I have only gratitude for having started this unexpected journey that gives me a deeper meaning to my life. Very empowering.
O inima iubitoare ca a ta, draga Ioana, vede frumosul in tot ce o incoara ! Il vede si il creeaza , impreuna cu celelalte inimi deschise. Se simte clar un Vishudhi drept bun, cu simbolul ,: sunt o mica, mica parte din intreg !
Mi-a placut totul, m-am simtit tit timpul cu voi, acolo. Inima se largeste si cuprinde tot Pamantul, toata natura inocenta, toate culorile vietii !
