Let’s Listen to Halyna talking about having Sahaja Yoga Meditation in her life and we are also sharing some of her photos

“First you have to make an effort to be balanced. Then you ascend.

So one has to know that stage by stage it happens to you and you do not became a hypocrite. But you become real. And reality is shown by its own being.

That is how you become. So understand the reality within yourself, face it, solve it.

Some people could try to sit at the front or sort of try to show off. But that is not important.”

“What is important is how much you know yourself, it is Self-Realization.

Once you develop that then you know others in a real way, and not artificially, and then the enjoyment is complete.

“Like a Bee will never go to an artificial flower, human beings have to become a bee.”

Let’s establish how Halyna joined our FREE Halton Sahaja Yoga Meditation classes in 2025

You can see Halyna in the photos above with her new friends that joined the weekly meditation classes we are offering in Burlington. Dewduni is from Sri Lanka, she joined last year our meditation classes and on Sunday we had an intimate Going Deeper Seminar with the attention on Canada Day and for peace in the world. Halyna enjoyed the meditation very much as well learning the mantras we sang for every chakra/ energy center placed along the central channel of evolution,

The other photo above is from our 10th Festival of New Beginnings celebrated on June 22, 2025 in Burlington. I had to take that photo of the “three graces” because Halyna, Carmela and Margaret were dressed so elegantly and they looked like flowers themselves. Interestingly enough, Margaret gifted to all of us from the Orchard meditation class a hand-made “earth angel” telling us that’s what we are: Earth-Angels; this is what Sahaja Yoga Meditation did to us. 🙂

Halyna joined the Burlington class in March (the flower above was from my home, around the time Halyna joined the class and it reminds me of her personality :-). In fact she was brought to the Orchard Burlington Class by a dear friend who practices Sahaja Yoga meditation in the USA. However, it was Halyna’s strongly expressed desire: I want to join the class!

It seems that the first meditations were transformative, shortly after, Halyna started joining also the meditation classes we’re offering in Oakville, then she wouldn’t miss our other events or seminars. It only got better and better!

The following photo with Toronto skyline seen from Etobicoke during the sunrise is the first one I received from her.

I knew that she has a deep connection with Mother Nature, therefore her chakras will open easily and she will experience even more the Seeds of Joy that are cultivated during all our meetings. :-))

What does Halyna say about having Sahaja Yoga Meditation in her Life? Let’s read her story:

 “I love animals, have three cats. Sahaja Yoga has a definite effect on my cats too. During my meditation they are always around me, totally relaxed.

All animals have souls and feel pain just like we do. 

When I started meditating and doing energy work it changed my life and way how I treat animals. We all know that animals are very sensitive, intuitive and can feel energies better than most of humans. They are very sensitive to meditation too. My cats always show me that they feel the energy of such powerful meditation as Sahaja Yoga.

In metaphysical, spiritual and energy healing communities, its often believed that animals, including cats, do have chakras. [here there are answers from Shri Mataji on this topic].

Maybe their cats’ kundalini energy also increasing during my meditation? I am sure that is so.”

    Her story about Sahaja Yoga becoming her sanctuary is so beautiful…loved reading this article in a calm corner of my home and I felt such cool vibrations especially when I saw the photo of the flower from Ioana’s garden – the flower that exudes Halyna’s personality
