Find the Balance with Chinese Philosopher: Lao-Tzu & Tao Te Ching (VIDEO & PERSONAL)

Find The Balance:  Lao-Tzu & Sahaja Yoga Meditation

‘The wisdom or the essence of Guru Principle (tattwa in Sanskrit) is .. Balance.
Like when you maintain a plant, if you do not give it water, it will die, if you give it too much water it will die.’ says Shri Mataji – the founder of sahaja yoga meditation

Lao Tzu – Chinese philosopher and prophet:
So sometimes things are ahead and sometimes they are behind; Sometimes breathing is hard, sometimes it comes easily; Sometimes there is strength and sometimes weakness; Sometimes one is up and sometimes down. Therefore the sage avoids extremes, excesses, and complacency.
“He who conquers others is strong; He who conquers himself is mighty”

(speakers ON!!) Rajani`s PERSONAL EXPERIENCE on Lao-tzu & Shri Mataji`s GURU MOTHER Qualities

Yes, we can consider ourselves a spiritual plant that needs to find balance and to be properly nourished in these busy towns where we happen to ‘grow’. We have opportunities to meditate, learn and introspect on Finding The Inner Balance with .. Sahaj Guru Game 2012. This session was dedicated to Lao-Tzu, the Chinese Philospher that is considered a primordial guru (spiritual teacher/master) in  Sahaja Yoga Meditation. Hope you’ve enjoyed the Video-Presentation with Rajani from Oakville class. Below there are few more examples and a Great Quote about what GURU is and where it leads us, from within, to the World.

Without recognition, you cannot see the play. Without play, you cannot have confidence within yourself. Without confidence, you cannot become Guru. Without being Guru, you cannot help others. And without helping others, you are not going to be in any way happy.”  This is an Excerpt from the legendary Guru Puja, 2. 12. 1979 in UK (“The Declaration”) which I have to confess, it touched me deeply.

Dear Rajani, our sweet sister – so calm and pleasant to be around and so dignified Sahaja yogini! You’re quiet when you’re around us, but I could really feel something special around you – something “magnetic” – dignified. thank you for sharing your personal story with us – i could really feel your bhakti towards Shri Mataji and have seen so many beautiful qualities unfolding in you.
    Love,
    Anjali

Such an amazing video from Rajani:)
This morning I found myself meditating with Tao and focused on his word. The collective conciousness always surprises me. After meditating I checked my phone and Ioana right after sent this article on Tao. We are always connected through this collective energy. I feel I’m always with my Sahaj family!
