This article is based on the transcript of an Audio testimonial received towards the end of our first “Heal Your Heart with Meditation and Art” workshop from a Mom who came to help her daughter that volunteered with our 100 Seeds of Joy team


It’s time to start listening and feeling One’s Heart opening up to share Her Story
“Okay. So this is my first time with a meditation with 100 seeds of joy.
So when I came here, I didn’t expect that I would get this vibe or like whatever I’m feeling now.
The backstory is I had a very bad depression when I was in my 12th grade for a whole year, a lot of things like and after that, I was literally scared to go get into the dark space.“
“ I was scared to be alone. I was always thinking whether it will come back or I will go to the dark space and everything else.
This is what was happening for a long time.
And recently for a couple of years back, it stroked again. I don’t know what triggered it, but it stroked again and I was feeling very low.
I had like sleepless nights for a year.
I started my anxiety and depression medication ..
I’m still on medication with sleeping pills. Without the sleeping pills, I cannot sleep.”


Sleeplessness, Anxiety, Fear, Depression?! Sounds familiar?! This is the Reality for too many!
“My voice all in my head, it is always loud.
I have never found a place where I could shut that up and just enjoy the present.
Like always I get a complaint from my husband or the kids, ‘Mom, just be here!‘
Or my husband saying like, ‘You have to be here at the present’.
I was never able to do it.
“Sometimes I thought like, ‘this is me. This is how it’s going to be.‘
But after coming to the meditation, I was like, I don’t know, this time, for the first time in years,
I felt a calm. peacefulness in my mind that I didn’t hear the voice at all about anything else
for a while!
I’m really thankful for it because it has never happened to me before.
And this thing is like, I don’t know, it’s like, it brings me a lot of Joy. “
Like I thought like there is no hope for all those things in my life.
This is how it’s going to be. Maybe because of my medical condition or this, that.
I was trying to accept it for a long time. Now I hope that I don’t have to live with that.
I can still be happy, calm, and I can get there.
This (meditation) program has been given me a lot of hope now. These are just happy tears.
Yeah, I’m not sad anymore. I feel there is a light. I can see that.
So this is the path I found. And I love this. I’ll be keep on doing this. Yeah.“

You see the truth, the knowledge – that’s the gift of the brain – is the central path as I can say, the Awareness.
Then you feel your ‘chitta’, your attention which is enlightened, and you’re blasted with it.
You see the miracles happening, “That’s happening…” you are just blasted.
Then the third thing happens; is the joy: that you are in joy all the time.“
Anything in the world will not be that much joy-giving as this joy of the Spirit which you become. You never feel lonely, you are never bored.
Whether you are alone or with anyone, you are in joy.
One should understand that if you get your Self-realization or if somebody says that they are giving you some positive lines, you should know, ‘Are you peaceful within you? Are you joy?‘
Forget about the collective consciousness, is your health all right? That’s the minimum of minimum. The whole system changes.“

Deepthi hearing your story here and also your impromptu testimonial in the Tuesday Orchard Hub class last week was so spontaneous, and made me so happy for you. It is a feeling we have all experienced at some point, a moment of transition after experiencing a guided “thoughtless awareness “ meditation.
For me, I just knew I had to invest in my well being, and I had to try so many things, but this was the place and the method that moved mountains inside my being and took me to a new height of awareness, connection, a sense of renewal and evolving my personality beyond being “stuck” in any conditioning about who I am.
You pressed the reset button and you have a new lease on life. We all have that chance to do so. It’s not a mental effort or concentration. It’s a guided state of being until we have this feeling flowing steadily and can take it go. We return to recharge and heighten the experience and the inner growth.
But there is more. When you spoke your truth, I absolutely felt your truth, and was filled with positive energy inside me that was rejoicing for you. Like so many of us, who received the gift of self realization, (available to anyone who desires and attends), we cheerlead for humanity, because we had our own wanderings to find the keys to navigating a joyful and meaningful existence.
This method is the GPS, and we are learning to master our selves to become super human in our own birth right. So happy for you and everyone who is growing from class to class. It took me 3 classes before a miraculous feeling happened inside of me. And I saw the change in myself and others. We blossom we get tested, but this time, we have the tools, to navigate life, and we see the play. The journey is meditative and fascinating and transformative. It’s about becoming the best you. I still journey, but I am not lost. Because the collectivity of the classes keeps me grounded and flying, it is simply rejuvenating.
This way of life…the Sahaja way…feels magical and miraculous for a lot of us seekers when we first experience our own Kundalini Energy cleansing our subtle channels and chakras and gifting us with an unparalleled unprecedented sense of calm and balance.
