On Friday May 23, 2014, few of the volunteer instructors and participants from "Life De-Stress with Sahaja Yoga meditation for Youth" program were lucky enough to be invited to West Oak Public School’s annual Teen Day an event organized for grade 7 and 8 students.  On Teen Day students started with an assembly from Live Different.  Then they were given the option of which four smaller sessions they wanted to attend.  Choices included leadership, yoga, sports, and of course Sahaja Yoga Meditation.  Our team provided four sessions of "inner peace workshops", all with different students, and in…
