Trending in Burlington News: It’s Time to Experience India Online, Indoors or Outdoors!

If you Live in Burlington You already saw the Articles published this week. Either in an Interview with a Halton Yogini or Via Invitations to Experience the Enlightened India!

It became an Yearly Tradition for our Halton Yogis to celebrate India’s Independence Day by offering FREE Events across the Halton region for Everyone to Enjoy & Learn Something New

Actually, our team of volunteers is offering twice per year, a series of free events that feature India, spiritually and culturally. Earlier today I’ve found an older article, from 2012, sharing some great feedback from an Experience India event offered in Burlington. You can take a look at it, but later, after you go through the current article! 🙂

Back to today’s share of news.

Around India’s 80th Independence Day on August 15, the Sahaja Yoga Meditation Network’s special trilogy of free 100 Seeds of Joy events has something for all.

With 100 Seeds of Joy Free events offered online as well in-person (both indoors and outdoors) India is celebrated by our volunteers, with its spiritual heritage and the universal message of peace.

Inspired by Mahatma Gandhi’s message of peace, these gatherings also reflect what 100 Seeds of Joy community initiative is about: sharing cultures, strengthening connections and discovering the subtle values that unite us.

This year we made it truly special, across three proposed experiences: online across continents, by the lake in Oakville and in Burlington…explore India as Yoga Bhoomi, the Land of Yoga, through meditation, music and ancient wisdom.

We are grateful that the Halton Community is responding so warm and with genuine Interest!

It was lovely to see reporters reaching out to our team as well various local media platforms spreading the good news!

We are sharing snippets from the Interview with a wonderful local reporter who was interested in one Experience India event, (as its poster was attractive and intriguing at the same time).

However, after a warmly engaged video-chat, during which I was able to provide information about the trilogy (there are three free events within the Experience India 2026 theme), as well about the founder of Sahaja Yoga Meditation and explaining some fundamental definitions, the reporter decided to mention all events in her beautiful article and expressed as a personal desire to join it.

Wonderful, thank you!

As promised, you can enjoy below some snippets from this Interview (and one of the several articles published about Halton’s “Experience India” Trilogy offered by SYMN in August 2026)

Thank you truly, for reaching out to our 100 Seeds of Joy team (as well personally to me) for the interview, and for publishing such a beautiful article that we hope will create interest in these FREE events with a unique format and content!
