Participants reported a ‘Wonderful Energy and Learning Experience‘ regarding our Free 100 Seeds of Joy ‘Experience India‘ wellness and cultural Event celebrating India’s Republic Day in Burlington
Enjoy the Echoes from ‘Experience India’ program
We are sharing fresh feedback in photos, written feedback notes and verbal comments collected from various participants to our wellness and cultural program offered earlier today in our neighborhood. It was lovely to hear that people that live nearby walked to our program, also it was encouraging to hear that they heard from other neighbors positive remarks about the weekly meditation sessions that we offer at the same location.
That shows that also positive news are shared these days – that’s encouraging!
Not Everyone is in these Photos! This is a “media-courageous” minority!
We learned a LOT about India and What She offers to our Human Family
Enjoy this Collection of Feedback Notes left by some Participants before leaving the Experience India event
“Always a peaceful energy here!”
“Wonderful!. More than I was expecting. I felt I really learned a lot.”
“Love!”
“I felt such a loving, welcoming, presence here today. Thank you for all you do!”

We enjoyed another amazing Community Potluck
We encourage the participants to contribute (voluntarily) to our community potluck.
Our events have rich agendas and we want to include the learning session and the guided meditation experience in the allotted time. Therefore, some participants make arrangements to be in the “first part” of the event, and are heading home before the Potluck; those that have time and want to mingle, learn more and enjoy the Community potluck will stay for the “second part” of the event as well.
We learned about the Indian Mythology in correlation with the Subtle Chakra Map and the Energies that reign the energy centers

More Feedback from Experience India’s participants
By then end of the event, when we were asking how was it many showed two thumbs up, others were smiling and nodding, one lady who was not from an Indian nor Asian background, told us that she felt “such joy, and strong energy flowing“, This was special for our Cultivators of Joy team 🙂 , because the question was not posed as in “Did you feel joy?” but rather, “What was your experience?” . The response perfectly matched our purpose and intent in bringing such events to our community.
It was a good feeling to see such a diversity of backgrounds in the group of participants. Also, it was lovely to watch people that just met there for the first time hugging when saying their goodbyes! We brought people’s hearts closer together too!
It felt like the world sent its representatives to learn and experience India’s essence.
We also learned about and meditated on some qualities that a good human being should manifest. The feedback we received was the our session transmitted peace with the knowledge that was shared. There were questions when we had time to chat more; first time participants were telling us how they were searching for such opportunities, how glad they were they came without knowing what to expect.
We also introduced everyone to Shri Mataji – the founder of Sahaja Yoga meditation and her involvement in the Quit India movement since her college years, also her close relationship with Mahatma Gandhi.. We also provided the Sanskrit word and deep explanation of the word “patriotism” that has connection with the Self, explained in this article.

It was a very cold day of winter, however with such a clear and bright sky
We remind everyone that here there is winter time and our program was a late morning one, therefore Kudos to All participants, and to the organizers, for making the effort to come together this Sunday.
Let us share with you some photos we took a while back – the winter wonders that give Joy and nurture our Spirit.
We hope you’ll enjoy these too!

As promised, we are sharing below the links to the recorded Experience India meditation sessions that we offered online during the pandemic.

it has been a marvellous journey built on true self discovery. Every class, every event brings me closer to finding peace within myself and cultivating harmonious connections. Experiencing India in this article, in class and in the recent programs provided in the videos of this article truly fascinate and amaze.
Living in a broader sense of the world’s cultures helps me to appreciate through the eyes of my:spirit that we can be enriched with-pure knowledge from ancient to modern times. Looking forward next to enjoying the video presentations with just a click!
And coming soon, can’t wait for the flute meditation series at the Oakville central library!
It was an amazing day to celebrate India’s republic day with a group of different cultures. The pictures, the quotes from Shri Mataji, the affirmation, the music, and much more was very helpful in bringing the attention inside and heal our subtle system. Both my boys also loved it and were feeling relaxed after the heavy exam weeks. We all enjoyed the presentation and learned so much. Thank you from bottom of our hearts.
The meditation was very peaceful and relaxing. Due to the weight of exam week, I have been feeling a little anxious. The second I sat down on Mother Earth it was like all the weight on my shoulders sank down, and out my hands. This was a great way to take a break free from the more stressful parts in life and Mother Kundalini does the work while we sit still and relax.
Last Sunday’s session was very informative about India, and the photos shared during the presentation were all beautiful and original. One of the new seekers said that she likes the style of the presentation how we learn about each chakra then meditate on it after. The potlucks are getting better and better! I can feel people are opening their hearts as they bring something to share.
