Celebrate International Women’s Day
Let’s Realize and Recognize our Feminine Power from within! How ?! During a Special Sahaja Yoga Meditation Class dedicated to Kundalini Shakti (Power in Sanskrit) – the subtle energy that unconsciously was associated with Mother Mary – seen as the Mother of God, as a Virgin and as a Protective Queen, all in One.
Definitely, the truth in this symbolism (born in the laic expression of Christianity) can be felt during the Sahaj meditation and its workshops.
Through this form of meditation, while reciting mantras or expressing an open Heart chakra and a pure and vibrant Left Energy Channel (the Moon related channel), one can spontaneously experience the profound Bhakti (devotion) towards Kundalini.
Mother Mary can be seen as the Ideal Woman, as described by Shri Mataji:
“She is obedient to her own righteousness, virtues and qualities.”
Once we are reaching to that level of yoga (union in Sanskrit) with this core energy of life stored within, that connection will naturally lead us towards the direct identification of Kundalini’s various attributes and powers. When we get the access to such pure knowledge, our creativity is blossoming in so many directions and forms that all manifest Spirituality.
