We were invited by one of our partners in Halton to come by and offer to their employees a restorative sahaja yoga meditation session during lunch time.We suggested to have our wellness session outside if the weathers permits. Peter and Kyla – our mobile inner peace team for the day – picked out a little valley in their yard. Enjoy the feedback they received from the ‘class’ and the peaceful snapshot where everyone enjoyed a guided sahaja yoga meditation experience.
