(NEWS) Sahaja Yoga meditation has the honor this year to contribute with the following:



  1. Lead the Guided Global meditation on Sunday, July 7, after the Drumming moment (@ 1o AM, Holly from  Sahaja Yoga Meditation group)
  1. Provide a Guest Speaker @ 12 PM (Peter from Halton/Niagara sahaja yoga meditation group)
  2. Kundalini awakening and chakra workshops experiences at our booth (8:30 AM – 5 PM)

Sunday July 7th

30 plus vendors to explore in the area of body, mind and soul! PLUS 3 Thought Provoking Seminarsto inspire, and awaken your inner, higher self!

Join us Sunday, from 8:30am until 5:00pm for Yoga, Drumming, Meditation and more!              ~please bring something comfortable to sit on~

  • Yoga! 8:30am-9:30am (please bring your mats)                                 
  • Drumming begins at 9:45am
  • Guided Meditation begins promptly at 10:00am                            

Free Meditation will be leading this guided meditation.  Shortly after the meditation, their group will be doing one on one Raising of Kundalinis for those interested, followed by a spoken presentation on the importance of this type of meditation in our workshop area at 12pm!
