Your Notes Fall Soft as Luminous Rain – Kriti Experienced A Musical February of Pure Love and Inner Awakening

You are Embarking into Kriti’s World of Sahaja Yoga Meditation Experiences featuring Ekaterina – The Montreal Artist contributing to A Musical February of Pure Love and Inner Awakening in Halton region

This Article is Rooted in the Marathon of SEVEN Events offered by the Cultivators of Joy in collaboration with a Special Montreal Artist and Sahaja Yogini back in February 2026.

Let’s Start Immersing into Kriti’s Beautiful and Captivating “Winter Story” Telling

Think February, and the world begins to speak of Love.

Yes, Valentine’s Day returns each year… but this year’s February felt different.

It became about experiencing a pure, divine love, through meditation and music, guided and shared by some of the purest hearts I’ve known.

I kept wondering how to put such a surreal, sacred experience of Pure Love into words…but I had to try.

A beautiful soul from Montreal, with roots in Ukraine, an incredible artist and Sahaja Yogini, Ekaterina graced us with her presence from Feb 20th to 24th in a meditation marathon themed Pure Love.

I had hoped to attend all seven events across Burlington and nearby cities, but life had other plans.

Still, on the 24th afternoon, I knew I had to be there for the final event.

I brought my daughters along—12 and 9 year olds—and something tells me that this day will be etched in their minds for a very long time.

The event began with a guided meditation.

And every time I sit in that space, it feels like my soul thanks me—for allowing that union with the Divine.

As we rested in that state, attention at the Sahasrara, feeling the gentle coolness of the rising Kundalini… a soft, tinkling rhythm emerged.

And then—a voice.

Not just beautiful, but something beyond… like petals, or light luminous rain gently falling from somewhere higher.

When I opened my eyes, it felt as though an angel in blue was offering music to the space around us.

One song flowed into another—invoking that all-pervading presence: the creator, the nurturer, the transformer, the Sada Shiva!

I didn’t realize when I slipped into stillness so deep…

Only that the peace in the room had become something you could almost touch.

For a moment, I understood what it truly means to be spellbound.

And then came a surprise, her love for Burlington, expressed through a song she composed herself.

It was tender, pure, and filled with such genuine affection… every note felt like a blessed offering.

The evening gently flowed into a community potluck. Plates filled with food from across the world, and while we relished the food, something of that music stayed with us… lingering softly.

My girls couldn’t stop talking about her voice. And I understood why—because unless you hear it, you cannot quite grasp the depth of love it carries.

Your Soul will Rejoice while Absorbing the Spiritual Softness from Kriti’s Poem dedicated to Ekaterina. How Beautiful is this Pure Relationship based on a ‘Sahaja Experience’?! Glad that Kriti has the Words – the Poem – for it!

Words are my way of expressing gratitude, so I tried:

In Sahaja ease your melody wakes,

A cool breeze rising through our being.

The heart grows vast as the Spirit takes its seat in a rhythm tender, and seeing.

Petals of Sahasrara open in light,

A thousand dawns in the crown appear.

Mother Kundalini flows gentle and bright,

Cool love resting in every life here.

Your notes fall soft as luminous rain,

Each drop revealing the Self within.

In collective stillness we awaken again,

Divine Joy in all souls akin.”

The Photo in which we can see the Portrait of Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi – the Founder of Sahaja Yoga Meditation – and the Birthday Thank You Card that was prepared for Ekaterina, is from our Last Meditation Together in Burlington when we also Collectively Prayed for All Canada

Later we had a deeper meditation with a smaller group as a way of saying our love-filled farewell to Ekaterina!

I truly hope our paths cross soon, and we once again receive you in Burlington… to experience that music, that feeling of pure love and compassion, all over again.

So it happens that a few days after Ekaterina returned to Montreal, we received a beautiful Thank You Letter from her.

It is always wonderful when the Pure Love is reciprocated, and with our friends that come to Halton region to support our “100 Seeds of Joy” projects, that’s always the case.

We invite talented people that understand the essence of volunteering: caring and giving as a gift to oneself, with no expectation for any form of appreciation or gratification. It’s like energy that is meant to flow in a meaningful way towards its real destination, one is a mere willing instrument to let it happen the way is supposed to be, where is supposed to go.

First, let me share with you a few messages from Ekaterina, post-events:

“I really enjoyed every minute, and I needed this “going to another dimension”, out of everyday life. I feel thankful.”

Ekaterina’s Letter address to Everyone from our Cultivators of Joy team

Dear Ioana, dear Burlington collective – Shivangna, Gratiela, Paula, Kyla, Anjali, Niti, Jolanta, Norina, Carmela, Kriti and everybody else – I feel so much joy and gratitude.

Thank you for your love, for your welcome, for your gentle care.

I truly enjoyed being with you in the public programs, in your collective, in your city.

One of the reasons why I love so much visiting you is YOU. 🙂

And another reason is that the sahaj work you do is so important, so original and profound, so unique.

I am thrilled at the idea that I can participate and put in my little piece of the puzzle, being somehow useful for Paramchaytanya’s work. Warm hugs to all!

Ekaterina

P.S. This poem keeps sounding in my head, so I’ll share it with you at the same occasion.

Lina Kostenko, “Wings”

It’s true that there is no need in ground for winged creatures.

If there is no ground, then there will be a sky.

No field, then there will be freedom.

If there is no couple, then there will be clouds.

This is probably the bird’s truth…

And what about a human? What is a human?

He lives on earth. He doesn’t fly.

But he has wings. He does have wings!

Those wings aren’t made of fluff and feathers,

But of the truth, virtue and trust.

Someone’s wings are made of loyalty in love.

Someone’s – of eternal aspiration.

Someone’s – of sincerity in work.

Someone’s – of generosity in caring about others.

Someone’s – of a song, or of a hope,

Or of poetry, or of a dream.

Human does not fly…

But he has wings. He does have wings!
