Let’s find out how did Halton learn about the Restorative Power of Sahaja Yoga Meditation
There were Two Free Public Programs in Halton dedicated to the Restorative Power of Meditation
We had participants that joined from across Ontario; even visitors from other Canadian provinces!
There were many new faces, as we say “first timers to our classes”, also regular participants that enjoy our weekly meditations classes and events. Surprise: we had the joy of seeing yogi friends coming from afar!
Question in Burlington: How was your meditation? Answer from Germany: It was FANTASTIC!
After the guided meditation with Ana-Bianca at our first public program in Burlington, participants were asked to share their experience.
The first one we asked was a young gentleman who was visiting from Germany. It was his first time coming to our Sahaja Yoga Meditation classes, being brought by friends who started our Halton classes earlier this year.
His answer was: “FANTASTIC!”. Fun fact, the following week our Halton SYMN team was invited to offer a private Sunday Meditation seminar in Etobicoke and this lovely gentleman and his friends were there again!
Back to the Burlington program: we all enjoyed the energy and the calmness; also the Q&A with the presenter.
We hope that our photos and video-clips make you feel that you were there with us.
There is more for you to explore: make sure that you check the following video-clips, photos and articles!
Halton’s “Restorative Power of Meditation” programs offered in July by the dynamic team of volunteers from Sahaja Yoga Meditation Network included an in-depth presentation on the research done in this domain, as well a guided meditation followed by a light energy balancing session. Everyone enjoyed every aspect of these programs!
There is a palpable a sense of inner balance and self-realization by the end of our programs. 🙂
“I feel that I can breathe now!” said one participant.
Explore this article until the very end; we collected photos and a few video-clips from both programs. We hope you will get the feeling of ‘how was it’ and you will not miss our next programs. We have a very busy calendar in August filled with free and diverse events in the Halton region and beyond.
Remember? We are the 100 Seeds of Joy Cultivators!
Meet some of our team members that helped with these programs:
Enjoy the Video-Clips Collection featuring both Halton’s “Research on Meditation” Programs
Both events were successful not only in terms of participation and public’s interest, but as well in the feedback received: the guided meditation and the energy workshop helped everyone to experience a positive state.

Loved the session and the research work shown by a fellow sahaji now we have statistics too to show how beneficial is this beautiful form of art “Sahaj Yoga”
Packed house of inquiring and curious community members wanting to know more about that other dimension to our daily lives that gives us a sense of serenity. It makes me happy to see that just a few posters out and about can draw such a lovely group.
The benefits of this particular type of meditation have enhanced my life and my understanding of myself and what it takes to sustain joy. This is the key to humans. I have experienced the proof of life improvement.
Proud of all the volunteers who delivered such an amazing session, bridging science and meditation together. Loved it.
This session was illuminating! I’ve always wondered if there was some research supporting meditation. Having Ana-Bianca explain the research to us and discussing it together was wonderful and validated what a lot of us already know – that meditation is a science too, and it’s benefits will continue to be known to more community and healthcare members.
I so enjoyted reading and listening to all that is provided here. Yes I do feel like I have joined in person!
Seeing everyone who did, is making me feel so happy. Wonderful teachings and sharing.
Love it
Am looking at the pictures again—such joy –such smiles and togetherness.
