“Free Meditation Marathon in Winnipeg” This Spring of 2017

We continue to keep the flame of sahaja yoga meditation well alive and spreading in another province of Canada .. by offering every year , with volunteering effort, a “Free Meditation Marathon” in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

What is the feedback so far from these classes?

Sonia, Winnipeg, Manitoba:

“I left the building and I felt so happy inside… it’s just amazing!!! I am just so grateful I met you and I truly just want to continue this journey.
Please let me know when are you coming back to Winnipeg, I’ll be here looking forward to your meditation classes.
Have a safe flight back home and thank you so much again! “

Bethany, Winnipeg, Manitoba:

“When we sat and chatted at DAC for a few minutes after the workshop you asked if I wrote you a poem. I told you that one was brewing. Here it isDedicated to my new friend Paula, with infinite love in my heart, shining as bright than the sun. Friends are a gift from God. Together we will rise, together as warriors (not worriers),onward and upward.

I will be sending an email with my stories for you very soon”

Paula among her family of sahaja yogis from Burlington (Halton/Ontario) – spreading the benefits of sahaja yoga meditation to students and teachers everywhere in Ontario (and beyond :-)).

Who is the volunteer instructor for the Winnipeg classes offered (always for free!) in January, February and March 2017?

Last night at the St. Boniface session, each and every on of the 8 seekers received their self-realization, which was wonderful. We showed a video and at one point, the narrator asked the participants to put their index, visshuddhi finger on their throat chakra and look at the red dot (Agnya chakra) on Shri Mataji’s forehead, with no thoughts. Afterwards, one person was amazed that she felt a cool breeze emitting out of her hand the exact size of the red dot on Shri Mataji’s forehead in that moment. The quality of seekers and depth of the attendees in Winnipeg is very heart warming.

They informed me sweetly, that Winnipeg is the heart of Canada, and the middle of the country on the physical map, and they understand the power of being the heart. I look forward to seeing everyone again, and new people are always welcome, tonight we start at a new location, 765 Keewatin st, Winnipeg, Manitoba, in the heart.
