Let us Share the Bounty of Gratitude Expressions collected from Cool Kids and Parents after Today’s Creative “Seeds of Joy – Gratitude Meditation”
Children and Parents were very joyful and peaceful after attending our meditation workshop.
We are sharing below some notes with their impressions, and the sweetest thing was when we had children bringing us their creative artwork – one of them came in the form of a colorful, happy and peaceful sloth! – as a gift of gratitude. Thank you!
What had Parents and Children to say after experiencing the “100 Seeds of Joy – Gratitude Meditation” Workshop?!
We received feedback from the direct discussions with the children and parents right after the meditation and during the entire event; however some also took the time to write down their impressions, a few even signed their name so we must learn their names as we will most probably meet again!
It was nice to hear from parents how they noticed the “special quiet moments” when we were all in sync and connected; parents were both happy and proud to watch their kids reaching that inner peace and enjoying it! We were told that the “connection was felt, there was definitely a positive energy in the room“. Glad to hear it, feel it an share it altogether!
So glad to welcome the Spring in our hearts with the gratitude meditation for Mother Earth and to hear how Both Children and Parents loved the way we led the entire session! More Feedback:
It seems that both Children and Parent LOVE to Meditate and Play with our 100 Seeds of Joy team of volunteers!
“This was a great way to get children to be aware and be present.”

As co-hosts of this wonderful event for about 24 children and parents, we must say that we had such a great collaboration with the hosting team from the Alton Public Library – Carrie and her colleagues were so warm and wonderful! Thank you!
We invite you Tomorrow to another Special Event to Celebrate Women’s Day Together!
It’s also a cool fact that tomorrow is March 8 which is the International Women’s Day and we were glad to see so many ladies (little ones included!) participated and enjoyed a peaceful meditation, a collective experience that allowed their creativity to be expressed and learned a bit about Sahaja Yoga Meditation too.
Also, a cool fact is that almost precisely one year ago, in the same room we offered a lovely and very well received meditation event, in a different format. As it was also the beginning of March, besides meditation and live music offered by our talented Yogini artist Shivangna, we also learned about Romanian Spring traditions – Martisor.
One hosting team member remembered us as we took photos together after that event (which was very successful too)!
In fact Tomorrow You and Yours can join our Special Public Program dedicated to the International Women’s Day and to the Spring Martisor and Holi Festivals – Do NOT miss it!
We welcome you most warmly to join this special event that is suitable also for families with teenagers or older children; as there will be an opportunity to learn about other cultures, and connections between them and our subtle energy centers and channels. It is an opportunity to join a Guided Meditation, and to engage in creative activities, such as creating a souvenir or a gift – why not for a woman or girl that you love and respect; can be one’s wife, mother, sister or daughter. Anyone!
It is also a way to build the connections withing our community so please, only if you wish, bring a dish, or any element you think of contributing to the Community Potluck that will conclude the cozy and relaxing event.
Bring or send a friend!
Feel free to check our Calendar of Free Events and contact us if you are interested in a collaboration with the 100 Seeds of Joy Community initiative.
