It was such a swift and effective labor of love from our local Halton/ Niagara Sahaja Yoga Team. Somehow, it felt that our genuine and continuous volunteering work provided in Halton, Niagara and Halton communities, came to fruition after 18 years! We met wonderful people in these communities that took our special event to their heart and jumped IN to help with announcing it basically “Everywhere”! See you on Saturday, March 18th, at the Art Gallery of Burlington.

The number 16 represents the number of petals the vishuddhi chakra has. The vishuddhi chakra is the chakra of communication and collectivity. 🙂

I am so proud of this moment in history and how our collective dedication and efforts in this region has our event and classes shining all over Hamilton, Burlington and Halton and beyond. Happy birthday Shri Mataji, your teachings continue to enlighten the world. Time for a new beginning and to let people know how lives can be transformed just by attending these events and classes.
