This is our way to celebrate “National Stress Awareness Day” that is in November, via a free public program aiming to provide the community with the awareness that there are lasting simple effective solutions to our stress, such as the practice of Sahaja Yoga Meditation! Many other connections, to Mother Earth, to other celestial bodies, as well to other special days celebrated in November (such as “Thanksgiving Day”, “National Native American Month”, “”World Freedom Day”, “Human-Animal Relationship Day”, “Use your common sense day”, “World Quality Day”and even to “Loosen Up, Lighten Up Day” :-). In case you are in the area or have friends / relatives in Niagara region and around, feel free to pass on the invite!
