Sahaja Yoga Meditation (HALTON) Volunteers
Our volunteers from Halton – Sahaja Yoga Meditation (Gratiela, Ioana, Paula, Peter and Shulin) had teamed up with Meghan from Georgetown’s school and offered 4 series of Inner Peace workshops. Meghan had tried meditation for the first time in her life!! Our workshops were truly successful and it was truly joyful and rewarding for us as volunteers to see these young people asking questions and being really “into it”.
Below we share Thank You Letter from the Co Chair and some of the photos from our workshops — the students wanted to be in the photos! 🙂 Enjoy the Energy!

Sahaja Yoga Meditation Receives a Letter of Appreciation
Our team was very proud to be part of the organizations that supported and actively contributed to this event where we could remind that mental health is a vital part our youth’s life. We hope to make a difference in our communities through these inner peace workshops, sharing awareness on how sahaja yoga meditation practice leads to one’s self realization and connection with each other, as well the connection we all share with Mother Earth.
Kudos go to Maureen and her team from Halton regional Police Service and Safe Community Halton Hills, Georgetown District Highschool as well to the Gary Allan school for hosting this remarkable event! You can count on us every time!
