Nelly – My life has been like a puzzle

Let's find out How Nelly's Life has been like a Puzzle Nelly My life has been like a puzzle. Since I was a little girl as young as I can remember I felt something was missing in me. It was such a deep sensation in every cell of my being. Sometimes, I could clearly feel it in my stomach. I could feel emptiness; sometimes I could feel something that I can only describe as pulling from deep in my tummy.Deep in my heart, I knew there was something in life I needed to find. I was a…

Aunty Carmela’s Walking in the Woods with a Flashlight

Aunty Carmela's Testimonial on Walking in the Woods with a Flashlight (video) Spontaneous Testimonial from Aunty Carmela (Burlington class) This is a truly exceptional Christmas story about a very special flashlight.  Shulin from Youth Life De-Stress program realized the interview with Carmela aunty during our traditional Sahaj Christmas Party 2014 @ Baxter's in Burlington. Sam

Sam's Testimonial (Youth Meditation Program)I have been attending Sahaja Yoga for about two months now and it's been absolutely fabulous, I have been able to connect so deeply to myself, as well as understand myself and my path in life. Paula on Confucius: Learn How to Live a Fulfilled Life – Experiences from China Wall to Sahaj Guru Game!

My trip to Beijing China in 2007 is my connection to my study of Confucius while playing the Sahaja Guru Game. I chose my guru and ancient primordial master with the help of vibrations...we all did. We put the numbers 1 to 10 on pieces of paper, crumpled them, did a bandhan and stayed in thoughtless awareness as checked if we felt cool vibrations over any of the pieces of paper. I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to play and participate in the "homework" because it helped me to grow so much in Sahaja…

My Dream with the Prophet & A Muslim Seeker’s Journey

My Spiritual Journey leading to Sahaja Yoga Meditation "Last Wednesday we were talking about this seeking of truth within us and our connection with divine and this whole being. My yogini friend Paula (we are both going to free meditation meetings in Halton) had asked me to write down my experience. My dream with the prophet and journey of seeking this knowledge. Just briefly I tell you about my childhood; that from my early age I've been searching the answers of the questions which come in my mind that who we are and what's the main purpose…
