Due to Corona virus our weekly Sahaja Yoga classes offered in Halton, Niagara and Simcoe areas are interrupted at least until beginning of April.SYMN team of volunteer instructors mobilized themselves to come with the following alternative: we are offering online classes -- 3 per week -, as well "going deeper" online meetings.
