Prophet“It is such a pleasure today and great fortune that here where . The dreams he saw have now come to shape, that we are here to celebrate his anniversary. Things go beyond words and you can not express yourself. Many people do not understand him, because he wrote it according to them in abstract language, or in language that he understood. But I am happy that Sahaja Yogis understand him so well, and the prophesies that he made about England. People use to ridicule him. Even today they can’t believe that Jerusalem can be built in England.”
Shri Mataji: lecture on William Blake’s Birthday – 28th Nov, 1981

Incarnation of Archangel Michael or Saint George – the Saint Angel of England“I knew who he was, what he is doing, why he was here._*We do not know about him much, because from the books you can’t understand who he could have been.He was an incarnation of Bhairavanath, that is whom you call Saint (Archangel) Michael, or Saint George who is as you know the Saint Angel of England. That is why he had to incarnate and for him this was his role to talk about Divine in an open fearless manner. He had to use symbolic language. It is not difficult to understand him at all if you’re a realized soul. You’ll read through it sometimes laughing, sometimes weeping, enjoying the whole drama what he is trying to express. When I read him I am amazed at his sense of humor, how he openly comes out with such remarks. I feel he is like Markandeya in India, or Kabir Das in India who slashed the whole society, with their ‘sword’ all the time to see that they are brought to the proper shape. Without fear, but so gentle.”Shri Mataji: lecture on William Blake’s Birthday – 28th Nov, 1985 (Hammersmith, West London, UK)
William Blake’s Jerusalem explained by Shri Mataji“`JERUSALEM“` by William BlakeAND did those feet in ancient timeWalk upon England’s mountains green? And was the Holy Lamb of GodOn England’s pleasant pastures seen? And did the Countenance DivineShine forth upon our clouded hills? And was Jerusalem builded hereAmong these dark Satanic Mills?Bring me my bow of burning gold!Bring me my arrows of desire!Bring me my spear! O clouds, unfold!Bring me my chariot of fire!I will not cease from mental fight,Nor shall my sword sleep in my hand,Till we have built JerusalemIn England’s green and pleasant land.“The poem was inspired by the legend that young Jesus, accompanied by His uncle Joseph of Arimathea, who was a maritime trader, traveled to the area that is now England and visited Glastonbury. An English sahaja yogini referred that Shri Mataji told the meaning: ‘Those feet” are referred to the Holy Feet of Jesus Christ, and also the expression ‘Holy Lamb of God’ is referred to Jesus, because Shri Mataji had said that Jesus went to England and walked through the whole country.” (recollection by Sahaja Yogis)
Reincarnation of the Emotional Moon Left Ida Channel as well Super-Ego’s Divine Principle
Shri Mataji – the founder of Sahaja Yoga Meditation – explained that the divine principles take human forms and the previous incarnations of Wiliam Blake are the following 6 and reincarnated as Kahlil Gibran.
- Kush – one of the twin sons of Lord Rama (the ideal king and Ramayana’s hero)
- Hussain – one of the sons of Prophet Ali who was Shri Brahmadeva (the divine principle governing the 2nd – Swadhisthana chakra) in a human form as well the son in law of the prophet Muhammad who was himself the incarnation of the Master or Guru Principle
- Kabira – known also as Kabir Das
- Shri Mahavira
- Kahlil Gibran
Shri Mataji: “So, first of all, they (the divine principles of the Left and Right channels in the chakra system) incarnated we can say as Lav and Kush. But they are especially helped by Saint (Archangel) Gabriel and respectively Bhairava, Saint (Archangel) Michael. Now, these two incarnations also incarnated later on as Buddha and Mahavira… Later on, they were again reincarnated on this earth – Mahavira incarnated on this earth as Kabir (Sufi saint poet) .. Buddha incarnated on this earth as Shankara. Also, Khalil Gibran is one of them. Markandeya is the same incarnation. “
Incarnation of the Disciple Principle – Who started Zen?
“We can say our mister Blake is the same, one of them (divine principles). So these come on this earth as poets, as devotees of God, of tremendous capacity, to paint, to sing the songs, to talk of God.And also they incarnated as Hassan and Hussein who were the children of “Fatima bi” who was the wife of (prophet) Ali and daughter of Muhammad Sahib. So that’s how they have incarnated again and again on this earth. It’s the disciple principle.
And we had Lao Tze. Lao Tze was the Primordial master, an incarnation of the Primordial Master, but the Principle of Disciple was born as Bodhidharma who started Zen.”
