<< Sahaja Yoga Meditation is presenting a group yoga demonstration from 12:30 to 1:30 pm at the “Speakers Corner at the Halton Eco Festival”. Also, a classical wooden flute musical recital by Andrew Tyas, a high school teacher from Toronto, will promote the benefits of meditation practice.
