We had celebrated Christmas at our Annual Halton Sahaja Yoga Party as well at the Burlington class with Potluck, Carols, Meditation and Chakra workshop … and we had yogi friends coming from the following classes: Burlington, Oakville, Milton-Mississauga and St. Catharines. Dear family, thank you for the pictures and the very vibrationally strong video…I felt like I was there with you and I love singing carols with you all so much. this year I didn’t get to do that because I was away on vacation..but this video really made me take part and be so joyful. my kundalini was dancing and sahastrara opened! thank you..I miss you all so much and can’t wait till our next get together.
