We celebrated Christmas - sahaj style - several times with Potluck, Collective meditation, Carols and a state of yoga *connection and * family. We had a Halton Christmas Party, then a Special Christmas at Burlington sahaja yoga class, followed by a Special Christmas at Oakville sahaja yoga class, then a Halton-Niagara Christmas Seminar at Burlington ashram as well a special Barrie Class focused on the Christmas spirit.
