About New Ideas and How can I improve my Focus? A Teen’s VIDEO Testimonial and Inspiring Quotes

Found it during a walk.

This article is meant to open our mind to new possibilities that are inspired and not mentally constructed. This is an old posting but we are sure it has revelance through the quotes of wisdom shared below, as well with a video-testimonial of a teenager from Burlington who speaks about how the practice of Sahaja Yoga Meditation helped with her focus and not only.

Let’s Explore these Inspiring Quotes about New Ideas and A Teen’s VIDEO Testimonial

Shri Mataji – the founder of Sahaja Yoga meditation- says:

“Anybody who came up with any extreme ideas of domination or anything, was finished. Those ideas die out. People are ashamed of them and New Ideas come up into human beings accepting balance, tranquillity, peace.”

(3 min video-clip) A Teenager from Burlington talks about Meditation

“As I’ve told you before, that after Realization (the awakening of Kundalini energy) you become extremely creative – creative in everything. Especially in giving Realization to others, and also creating in your life art, music, poetry, drama, writing –all kinds of things you do. ” “You get new ideas about painting, new aesthetics. In music, you start understanding absolutely. You may not know what classical music is but you will start understanding the subtle music.” “We have seen now so many cases who have never been on the stage even, have given very great, inspiring lectures. So the creativity comes like an inspiration for others. They see you and they feel inspired. You are not the one who goes into the shadow and sits back. But openly you come out, with no pride or no sort of aggression, but complete humility, and you give such beautiful feelings to others, such understanding about yourself and about the other, through your collective consciousness.”

Your ideals are yourself. You have to bring New Ideas in the Western countries then only you can change it because you are such a dynamic force. Everyone of you must rise up and build yourself into ideals and try to lead a life of that ideal within. For this you have to sacrifice. And the greatest sacrifice is that of your Ego which makes you so obstinate and hardhearted.”

“Face yourself. This ideal has to be created. One has to have compassion; one has to have love and understanding. Never talk ill of one another. Never. Try to help each other for we are very few and we cannot afford to fight among ourselves, for we are wedded to a very great cause. We cannot have wrong ideas, we cannot waste our time on mundane things.”

New Ideas have to be built up. Are you people really aware of your responsibilities ? Sometimes you are worried about yourselves only,’where I am catching ? What is happening to me ? ‘ It is so self-centred or you are worried about others, ‘he should not have done this or that. He should not have sat next to Mother.” Some people know more rituals, others know more protocol but does not matter. I don’t care for your protocols and rituals. It is nonsense for me. What does it matter to me ? The one who loves others is the one who really loves me. I have had all these rituals and protocols and I have no care for these things. It makes no difference whether you say good morning to me or good evening to me. What you say to your brothers and sisters is the most important thing. Sahaja Yoga will never work if you do not look after that side, i.e. how you behave towards your wife, husband, your brothers and sisters. That is the most important thing and anybody who does otherwise will get out of Sahaja Yoga… the so called important people .. who tried to dominate others by saying ‘this is not good. You should not put your hand there. Don’t put your feet there etc.’

“Who can know the protocol of the divine Mother (**) ?! You cannot bind me into protocol. You cannot bind me into anything. I am unlimited. I am detached. To think that, you have me attracted towards you by your protocol, which is dead, has no meaning. It has to be a living protocol of being kind and generous. Be beautiful! Some are lethargic… Everybody finds fault with each other. They are not Sahaja Yogis. Sahaja Yogis are the ones who take it (to) Sahaja. Why did you come to Sahaja Yoga ? You are Seekers. You have been seeking for ages. Are you going to waste your life ? In any case you have to sleep most of your life. 🙂 Why not work it out now ? In every way be active. Firstly you become real and very good citizens and with moral values  which are your foundation. You yourself judge. You are realized souls. I leave it to you to judge…  You must have your own ideas… Get in the Centre. You should really love yourself, cleanse yourself and be in the Centre. Never be proud of your ego. How can you say such a thing to some one? Why hurt anyone ? Agnya (chakra = the third eye energy center) bloats more and more. So many are like that. I know where somebody tries to show off, tries to be a Guru and tries to push down others. .. You are all Buddhas. Buddha is the one who is realized, the one who is enlightened, one who knows. You are the enlightened ones. How can you have an ego ?!”

(5 min video-clip) Who are You Shri Mataji?

“All those who have such ideas should make an effort to create some new books, some New Ideas, some new creation. It’s very important because in these modern times people want to do something new, something novel. Under these circumstances, I’m sure you all will work out.. I congratulate you again and again. and I hope you will have the commitment to do that. May God bless you.”

Hope you’ve enjoyed these “New Ideas” with the blossomed trees from Burlington. I want to thank my dear friend Louise from Burlington for the above photo (and for many other beautiful ones that are decorating our website); also to thank Omar and Ricki for the spontaneous testimonials -captured on camera for the serie of “Tales and Truths, Stories of Sahaja Meditation” -, coming mostly from the younger practitioners of Sahaja Yoga meditation, some of them are teenagers or they just finished their universities. Ana Bianca’s words on “creating space for new ideas” had triggered this article dedicated to.. New Ideas. 🙂 Personally, I was reluctant to post a video with such a young meditation practitioner, but Ana Bianca herself told me that ‘it might inspire others, build up more confidence in the practice of meditation‘.  Was she right or not ?! Let us know..

I did not HEAR anything Abi said, I was too busy SEEING that beautiful soul there. Mataji picks up strong, healthy spiritual seeds and plant them in Shaja Yoga garden to grow and blossom. Abi and Yoana are two such spritual seeds.

Shri Mataji’ s quote… “You must have your own ideas… get in the centre… you should really love youself…” is very simple… it is to acknowledge your unique Self, your creative Self, your Loving Self.

Such a delight – to shine the light on the truthfulness that resonates in this video.

Such sweetness and beauty! A true and deep reflection of Shri Mataji’s words. A strong and humorous sharing of Abi. A salute to New Ideas.

Found this by browsing, how could I miss it? Abi you are beauty, inside and out, and at the end when you are laughing, my kundalini was rising like crazy! Such a peaceful, knowing, connected feeling. Thank you for that!

Humour solves a lot of things, it can reach right into a heart through any number of stone walls. And writing, when it is so spectacular that times stops and one is absolutely enthralled reading it – then that is truly a new art as well.

  6. rabi ghosh

All my love to Abi dear.

Ranjana says hello to Abi didi.

  7. Debbie

Dear Abi – this was so beautiful and enlightening – felt such cool vibrations. What a strong message and one of truth and wisdom. We need to blossom like the trees in this photo, we need to stand out, allow ourselves and others to notice and realize the beauty that is within us.

    Lots of love always.

  8. Tia

I absolutely love meditation! I never imagined it would work before I tried it… I wish everybody would give it a chance. First I just felt a bit more relaxed and was amazed that this kind of spirit stayed with me the whole day. Now I do not want to miss it anymore!

  9. armaity

How could I miss commenting on this last year ? I have definitely seen Abi’s video somewhere. Anyway, it’s such a great feeling to find that the little bud you have had the fortune to meet and know years ago, has blossomed into such a beautiful flower, in and out.

    Only love is real…

    Dear Abi,

Your picture, so pure and beautiful, stay this way.

    Love and Regards

I first met Ana Bianca when she was about 12 years old, a sweet kind child. She has blossomed into a beautiful young lady. She shares her meditation practice in a gentle way from her heart. It touched my heart. It will inspire younger people and many of us older ones because she states how she can rid her mind of negative thoughts and become calm. She shows us on the video.

The photo of the trees with blossoms is exquisite, a work of beauty.

    Dear Abi,
I always feel happy and relaxed whenever I see or hear you. The first time when I heard you, I was just a few days old in Sahaja yoga and was struck with your talk and wisdom; it was just “Sahaj” love that I felt for you from that day onwards. Seeing you, I always wish and feel that my granddaughter becomes like you. A person so beautiful inside out, humble and yet so spiritual. You really are an embodiment of love and pride which any parent or family (sahaj)feels.

Loved the entire video, good picture composition, clear focus, simple sweet and beneficial description of meditation and Sahaja. Enjoyable voice also laughter at end. Video emitted good vibrations as I felt ‘Cool Breeze’ Kundalini energy on my palms.
I have been doing Sahaja Yoga for almost 5 years. It is the best part of my life now.
Everytime I go to the Sahaja Class, I call it my Saturday morning chakra tune-up.

There are hundreds of sources that mention chakras but only Sahaja Yoga actually quickly empowers you to become your own Master. Sahaja continues to amaze me and I started my self-improvement and Spiritual quest in college in 1972 and bought 3,000 books and when I found Sahaja Yoga 5 years ago, in the first class I knew it was very special and continue to recognize it as a Gift from the Divine and awesome that it is free.

Life doesn’t get better than that and with Sahaja Yoga my life continues to improve in many ways. I have researched Sahaja Yoga extensively and found there is an incredible amount of credible research that shows the proven benefits of Sahaja Yoga for everyone of all ages and all denominations as it is a Universal process for self-mastery.

Thanks for this video and article. It is an inspiration for me to get creative and produce new ideas and things about Sahaja Yoga.
Peace, love, joy and Divine vibrations to all!
    Richard
