Rebecca – My journey with Sahaja Yoga Meditation

After working for 45 years, I decided it was time to retire and spend more quality time with my husband and doing the activities I enjoyed.  My daughter was also expecting her first child and life held so much promise.  This was going to be the best time of my life.  My husband and I enjoyed six months together when we found out that he had terminal cancer.   All of my dreams for our amazing future together started to unravel.

The only wonderful distraction was the birth of our first grandchild, Emmett.

The sweet Emmett that loves our Cool Kids Sahaja Yoga Meditation seminars and Yes he feels the vibrations every time

He brought such joy into our lives during a time when we really struggled with the fear of what was to come.

When my husband died in July 2015, I tried to make the most of it by keeping myself busy and I didn’t take the time to deal with my personal grief.  I started taking anti-anxiety medication to help me.   I knew that there had to be a healthier way to balance my emotions.  Being a seeker, I started to look for more natural ways to help myself.  One day I saw an ad for Free Meditation and decided to attend — that was 2 ½ years ago.

Shortly after committing to Sahaja Yoga Meditations on a regular basis,

I was able to stop taking the medication.

The Sahaja Yoga Meditations were working!!

I always look forward to seeing the beautiful, loving Yogis who give their time and talent each Friday at Oakville – Halton Sahaja Yoga Meditation Classes to help us reach our self-realization and I attend as many seminars as I can.

One of our Oakville classes — always creative and filled with vibrations + participants

Through all of the highs and lows in my life since I joined Sahaja Yoga (the birth of my second grandchild, Everly, and the loss of three very close friends), I have been able to keep that much needed balance.  I truly feel like a member of a loving family.  Each member of this family continues to work on improving their connection with their higher self as well as connecting spiritually with human beings throughout the world.  We are becoming the pure spirit that we are truly meant to be.

The positive outcome for me with this pandemic, is being blessed with the time to join the online meditations twice a day. I am so grateful for the commitment of our dedicated Sahaja Yoga family members

One of the events we’ve initiated in Halton and across Ontario region; this “Science and Spirituality” Public Program with dr Chad — great presentation on the benefits of Sahaja Yoga Meditation ** with research studies ** had a great impact on the audience
Last Summer we brought the “cool kids” of our gardens to the Oakville class .. so much fun and vibrations..

I believe that Sahaja Yoga Meditation can help anyone find peace and balance.

It has definitely had a profound impact in my life.

    Dear Saint Rebecca,

I cannot describe to you what it feels like to watch you grow and feel your vibrations when you speak. You are becoming magnetic with the light of the spirit. I loved what you said in your letter to me after the birthday surprise we conspired on, where you said you are working on achieving your “Sainthood.”

I have to agree that the online classes have catapulted a lot of us, experienced or not, into another dimension using the ether element. It is so delightful to meet all of you morning and night on the online classes. All your voices, all our bubbling joy through these collective meditations has been life affirming.

I can relate to the long desired achievement of emotional balance through Sahaja Yoga. It has been a freedom from the chains…and an all access pass to the unlimited realm. You are a very important person for us, a valued family member. You are attentive, wise, growing and expanding.

Hear you at the next online session! Agree with you 100% about this wonderful paradise we all enjoy here with the world. It is a home of pure hearts. Namaste, saluting the light in all of you!

Dear Rebecca, your calmness and open heart was pretty evident from the day I met you. It fills my heart with joy to see you transform into a beautiful and deeper Sahaja yogini. The online classes have given us an opportunity to open up and really feel like we are one. I enjoy listening to your spiritual experiences and surely connect to most of them.

Dear Rebecca over the last couple of years since i have met you, I have found myself so much closer to you and your testimony melted my heart. Your grandchildren are just as beautiful, warm, sweet and spiritually mature as you are and they are also in my heart. I love your sharings on our daily meditation calls – so open and sincere- really enjoying the bond we share with each other. Thank you for everything you share with us (treats, gifts and the bond). It is very precious for me.
