“Online Self-Realization” Poem

From a small little village,

looking at the horizon,

a child is pondering,

who would i be?

what would i become?

Want to understand,

wandering passion,

thirsty of question,

hungry for answers,

wanted satisfaction.

In a big foreign land,

eyes closed and still,

flowing with thanks,

for a journey within,

then one has become.

Breathing freely,

thoughtless but awake,

music of happiness,

heart full of love,

that’s all it takes.

Snapshots from our truly special “Cool Kids & Parents” Sahaja Yoga meditation programs that our team is offering in our communities — here is a class with Kathleen

“This poem was written just right after one of the SYMN online meditation sessions.  I felt so good and satisfied, and my heart was so full of love that i could not contain it so i have to write something down. It felt love streaming from everyone who was in that session coming to me and i felt so much love for them.  This “SYMN” – Sahaja Yoga Meditation Network online sessions has been so helpful for me to go deeper and also feel the joy of the Collective.

Kyla’s Experience with a Sahaja Yogi’s “Permeating” qualities

We have a lovely Family of Sahaja Yogis here in Halton region and this article is dedicated to these 2 sister yoginis (Kyla and Kathleencheck Kathleen’s Sahaj Guru Game Experience here and check Kyla’s help with high-school Students Workshops and her impressions when she was really new to Sahaja Yoga) .. Both are blossoming in front of our eyes; their genuine love for our Collectivity and keen involvement in our “Cool Kids & Parents” project is a gift that is worth sharing. The Subtle Importance of Sisterhood and Freedom in Love

“”This is the day when we all adjust together.

The brotherhood and sisterhood is the base of our Sahaja Yoga collectivity,

If you understand that brotherhood and sisterhood is love which is very pure.

There is no expectation. It’s just love. It’s giving love and taking love.

Absolute purity within us should exist between our relationships when we call them as Sahaja Yogi brothers and sisters. And as there is understanding, complete understanding, between the brother and sister in a family, one has to know we are all part and parcel of a family, born of the same Mother.”

“Keep together. Keep together. Love each other. Understand them. Love not of mesmerism, but of freedom.

In freedom you must love each other. I never take away your freedom, that’s one thing, whether you fall or rise. First thing is for your freedom. That is the thing on which you are going to move. “

    Dear Kathleen,

What an inspired poem…my swadhistana chakra is so cool right now reading all of these words and enjoying the pictures of nature, your infectious kindness, loyalty, dynamism, love, inner beauty and strength of spirit. I love these images capturing your sisterhood with Kyla and us, teaching children to meditate through songs and dance. Both you and Kyla are still growing into superhuman beings and expanding your horizons. It is an honour and a privilege to know you and Kyla and meditate with you all. Together, we can all achieve the palpable state of bliss.

  2. Jolanta

I love your poem Kathleen. So simple and sincere. It is so nice to see the photo of our get together on March 1. I recall that as, we were greeting each other, Carmela jokingly announced that “there is a new law in America – no hugging”… and here we are, socially/physically distant, collectively meditating on Zoom…and the vibrations are just as strong as when we were physically together in one room watching Shri Mataji’s lecture at Paula’s place…Jai Shri Mataji

  3. Kruti Gandhi

What a beautiful innocent picture of Shri Ganesha and Shri Jesus, coming out of an Easter egg. The relationship amoung sisters is also the same and this article so beautifully explains that. When I first heard Kathleen’s poem, I felt so connected with each and every word she wrote. I remembered Shri Mataji’s words that you become creative. When we touch that depth in spirituality, magic happens and we get transformed into a new dynamic personality. Kyla and Kathleen, you are a true examples of this dynamism, bliss and I am so proud to be your sister. Lots of love, Kruti.

Dear Kathleen, thank you for the pure, precious love you felt for us and for expressing it through this wonderful poem. it is a journey of a seeker and I feel you capture it very well.

Your love is contagious and it bounces right back at you in form of this article (thank you Ioana!) where we can also express it.

Dear Kyla, every since I have met you, I have seen you like a fragrant flower that easily enhances the beauty of this bouquet we collectively make…and speaking of bouquet, I see all of us as these smiling flowers so grateful to be with each other, in harmony, able to spread pure love, spread light, make life colorful, lift up each other and all those similar like us that we don’t know yet and ultimately be pleasing to the one that gave us Sahaja Yoga, our beloved Shri Mataji whose pure love we share with this world. 🙂
