Melanie’s Feedback about:

RAINtohealME

Yogi family at January program

The March of the Penguins for Mother Earth” – JANUARY 2016 “R.A.I.N to heal M.E.” Public Event/Seminar

The connections between the talks of Calin and Phyllis went hand in hand for what Sahaja Yoga means…..to heal the world with our pure divine spirit one person at a time and if possible, collectively affect those of many.

Calin closed his first talk with the question “What If?”, there are so many answers to this question. What if everyone made one change in their everyday lives to save Mother Earth, their actions would automatically transfer to communities, companies and continents. It isn’t the individual hurting Mother Earth but the companies they work for. So by bringing this to everyone’s attention, through Calin’s talk, we could possibly change the world. LITERALY!

This is not a fantasy anymore but a reality and fact that we can all work on, whether we are in the Western part of the World of the Eastern part of the World.

This is possible…..so what if everyone around the world became aware of the damage being done to Mother Earth and the solutions we have, what a difference it would make.

We are working toward completing Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi’s mission to spread the protection of Mother Earth, knowledge and wisdom that we all have in us.

I had a wonderful time watching the children dance; they were shining with pure innocence. It’s very inspiring that this generation understands the impact of the climate changes, what we can do collectively to slow it down, put into practice a solution and share this message.

Thank you so much for wonderful vibrations. Special thanks to all who put this seminar together. You are all truly amazing!! I am very honoured to be part of your lives and hospitality. An extra special thank you to Calin and Phyllis….what a wonderful day!

Thanks for sharing Melanie. So much depression and anxiety out there. i can relate to your story as my own is similar.Thankfully, i too discovered Sahaja Yoga which also ‘saved my life’. Just want to ‘stand beside you’ and let other people know that there is a way out and up! now i am just using daily meditation and ‘sahaj’ introspection (looking inside my own subtle system to see where the problems lie) and coping very well with the challenges of life and best of all, feeling Joy, peace and purpose everyday. May we all continue to grow ever more one with the peace, Joy, and Love of our inner beings. ?

    Dearest Melanie,
Thank you so much for sharing your story. I live in the United States and come from a family filled with depression, addiction, anxiety, bipolar disorder and many suicides. I, too, was so blessed that Sahaja Yoga Meditation came into my life over 20 years ago. This quote from Shri Mataji means so much to me and should be shared:
Within us lies the peace, the beauty, the glory of our being. There is an ocean of all that. We can not seek it outside. We have to go within.

May God continue to bless you and others on this journey to reflect the beautiful spirit within.
Know that you have a sister on the West Coast of U.S. and she sends all her love. Jai Shri Mataji!!!

th this saying. Brought me to tears.

I cannot tell you how much love I feel right now reading all of your comments.

You will always have a friend in the North! Maybe fate will bring us together one day….hopefully somewhere nice and warm ?

All my love Jai Shri Mataji!

      Namaste!

Wonderful testimony of Melanie who had suffered from depression. I work since over 10 years with families of addicts who show similar symptoms and as I am a yogi I can help them restore to sanity. Her sharing is very open and honest and Melanie testimony could help many people with mental health problems. Thank you for this topic close to my heart/work

Melanie you are a force for good and a brave voice for those who suffer from anxiety and depression without realizing it. Before discovering the transformative power of Sahaja yoga, I also did not know that my undiagnosed thyroid imbalance was putting me on an emotional roller coaster. I was always very positive, and could be quite productive. B

Because I traveled for a living, people did not expect me to be around so much. So my “jetlag” would be longer recovery periods where I needed to reclaim my composure so I could socialize again. Even before flying, I always wished I was not so sensitive and could maintain a “detached” sense of well being or peace to help myself or others. I felt the weight of the world on my shoulders.
Sahaja yoga was the answer. It evolved my personality to a whole new level. I can cope. I gained the tools. It is like a brother-sisterhood. It is a safe place to be. It is such a relief and so transformative that you just want to tell everyone that you found what works. But it doesn’t just manage, it cures and transforms you. Thank you so much for the video. It is like beacon calling out to those wandering in the dark…you are light and spreading the power and light of vibrations. Melanie I have had the privilege to meet you and others from the Barrie class…and you are all growing and glowing so much. Cleary it has transformed you all. You are investing in your higher self. And everyone out there, you are worth it.

Thank you so much Paula for sharing your story. I wanted to do something meaningful in my life and I had no idea that I’m already doing that. I feel so full of purpose and having the urge to share my light. It is so humbling. This is what I am meant to do.

      All my love,
      Melanie xoxo

I think we all suffer from depression and anxiety from time to time, it’s just matter of realizing that you are in that state. Sahaja Yoga has made me capable to introspect myself to detect these emotions and silent my mind to come back to the balance. I am very happy that you found Sahaja Yoga, it will help you not only defeat the disease, but also fill your life with peace and joy. Thank you for sharing your story.
