Any hard physical exercises: NONE. The participants are invited to sit comfortable on the chairs or on the mats (available at the class), whatever their choice is.

What to bring: in winter time is good to have warm socks (the shoes are kindly requested to be removed during the class).

Age limit: NONE. Of course the children are parents’ responsibility and is important for other participants to not be disturbed during the class

Parking: ample free parking on both sides of the community centre

Access: fully accessible facility

Courses: the classes are provided all year long and are grouped in courses or based on a theme

What else: Free Classes, Workshops and Special Events (Art, Science, Nature related) are offered periodically in the Community as well are available upon request from any physical or juridical entity that is interested
