Breaking News: Teen Shulin from HALTON's "Life De-Stress with Meditation" Classes was SELECTED as GLOBAL TEEN LEADER 2016!! We are so proud of Shulin! The news was unexpected as there were thousands of candidates from all around the world. The reputed We are Family Foundation and one of its initiatives called Three Dot Dash are organizing the "Just Peace" Summit where our Shulin is going tomorrow to New York for 7 days; she will remain actively involved with these amazing pro peace organizations for the duration of the entire year 2016. Native Women’s Resource Centre of Toronto (NWRC): New Weekly Class on MONDAYs, starting March 7th

Important Notes: These free weekly classes of sahaja yoga meditation offered at NWRC are not open to the public. We intend to bring the serenity, healing and the inner peace feeling that comes from a connection to our roots - reaching out to Mother Earth's energy within ourselves. Only the registered members of the Native Women's Resource Centre can join the class. The format for each meeting will be intimate,  fup to 12 participants at a time.
