The “Aha” moment…Last Friday at the Oakville class, there were 4 of us only this time that had been coming to class for awhile. We shared our experiences on a very deep level while staying in a meditative mood. Our paths towards the truth of our existence have been so different, but at some point we have all come to meet at this, the blossom time. Somehow we all arrived at the perfect time of our lives to integrate Sahaja Yoga as a natural process to the evolution of each of our beings.
I noticed a cool band of vibrations on each of my wrists all the way around as we were talking which I was amazed at. Chandra said “oh, like Raksha Bandhan,” the tradition to celebrate the brother-sister relations we can have with each other. AHA! The cool band was just flowing around my wrists, like a bracelet, and we all really felt this pure love for each other, like family, a Sahaj Family, and indeed a love for our brothers and sisters. It as so clear in that moment, that the bracelets are symbolic of this pure love, that it is already there! Purely, divinely, beautiful!
Aha…
