About meditation

Meditation is a state of awareness where we let go of our thoughts and enter the present moment. This is referred to in Sahaja Yoga as “thoughtless awareness”. While in this state, the “thinking brain” is relaxed, the internal energy source rises through the chakras easily and human awareness is connected with the divine power of the universe.
