I purchased the cd for the beautiful music and meditation the first time Ioana sent us this. The divine rays come first, then the sun which awakens the birds. The flowing patterns are so graceful as the birds soar throughout the sky. It does bring the mind to thoughtless awareness watching this panorama. Spirituality follows.

The beauty of Sahaja music is that it is a bundle of vibrations and has the power to capture ones attention and bring back to the lotus feet of the Mother (the destination)! I wish that this music is heard by the whole world population at…least once!

Thank you for this wonderful video and article, I thoroughly enjoyed it. My Agnya chakra was catching so much, and this video helped me to clear it. I also wanted to say that I have travelled to Brighton through my job and have walked up and down the boardwalk in front of the west pier many times and receiving this video was such a gift! I felt like I was there again, only this time I could so appreciate the subtle yet exquisite dance of the starlings in sky!

Beautiful morning meditation..great vibrations! All the birds are in sync simply enjoying their collectivity and connection through which they all follow the same rhythm. The birds always seem to know their direction and it comes from their innocence – their strong mooladhara chakra gives them this wonderful sense of direction.

We are surrounded by such beauty. The lotus is a true representation of life and the trials and tribulations that we endure however, something so beautiful can blossom out of a very bad situation – we just have to surrender and believe. Thanks so much for opening my eyes.
