May is for Outdoors Wellness Lunch Sessions offered to Burlington Employees (feedback)

We were invited by one of our partners in Halton to come by and offer to their employees a restorative sahaja yoga meditation session during lunch time.

We suggested to have our wellness session outside if the weathers permits. Peter and Kyla – our mobile inner peace team for the day – picked out a little valley in their yard.  Enjoy the feedback they received from the ‘class’ and the peaceful snapshot where everyone enjoyed a guided sahaja yoga meditation experience.

Feedback from group:

-I enjoyed feeling the sun and warmth on my face during meditation.  I focused on the colors I seen when my eyes were closed to remain thoughtless.  When it was over, I felt a sense of tranquility.
-It was tricky staying focused but there was a moment where my mind was clear and I felt a definite energy.  Really cool. Thanks!
-This was a great chance to slow down and reconnect with myself and with my environment.  Thank you!  I needed this today.
-Very grounding and calming.  I feel more connected to the earth and energy around me.
-Today was awesome.  It is a reminder of personal energy, mindfulness, and being.  Thank you!!
-I feel calmer however I had a hard time clearing my mind for such a long period of time.  But I want to keep trying.  I love this!

We are very thankful for their appreciation and for the Thank you cards offered to our team. It was our pleasure to share the joy of oneness. See you all next time!

This is fantastic!! I love to hear when people *get it* even for just a moment. Those *moments* can become many moments with practice. It’s like learning how to play an instrument or learn to dance, or to learn anything, if we want to become better at it we need to practice. And to me meditating and being in a meditative state is a way of life, it’s a choice I make in each moment to practice and BE. We are human Be-ings not human do-ings. If we want to find Peace within we need to quiet ourselves, go within and Be. ??? Connect to your Heart Centre for this moment; and feel it grow. With Love ????

Wow you guys did it again! Yes I love this mediation too. I haven’t tried anything else after sahaja yoga meditation. I feel I am doing something absolutely right with myself when I do this meditation. Glad the little team of volunteers are making a huge difference for so many of us in our community.

Our chakras are made out of the purest form of Mother Earth’s energy. Meditation in nature. What a treat.
