• cookies/sweets (ideally healthier ones that you prepare or from store)
• clay from dollar store
• paper/table cloth
• hand made (cotton thread) friendship bracelet one can offer to a ‘yogini sister’ or ‘yogi brother’: sample ‘how to make’ video

Agenda for the evening:

• Intro to the Left aspect of Vishuddhi Chakra and its connection to Shri Ganesha principle (that is the ruling essence for the Root/Mooladhara Chakra 

• Meditation and Artcrafts on sahaj music
• Sahaj Celebration of the Raksha -Bandhan Festival
